JOHANNESBURG – LongRich Bioscience unveiled their first ever 4 Star Director in Southern Hemisphere this week and it is none other than our very own and unpresuming Chabe Kgalalelo and her $3.8 million dollar fortune.

The resilient Kgalalelo become the fourth person to achieve this milestone in LongRich’s 34-year long history.
Accepting the prestigious honour, the North West born entrepreneur who joined LongRich in 2018, said that her achievement is a testament of team work, perseverance and dedication.

“This achievement didn’t come as a surprise to me. To say I am proud of my team will be a gross understatement, am excited for the amazing crop of stable leaders I have produced on this journey. 2019 was by far the hardest year in MLM, but my eagles soared higher. These achievements is a dedication to every single one of you team mates. I appreciate you all.” she said.
She also hinted about losing 50% of her top team leaders. “Success remains the result of persistency, consistency, focus, pro-activity, excellent team spirit, tenacity, tactfulness and the drive even when it seemed impossible at times. I lost 50% of my team at some point, but I kept on going, I kept on rebuilding because one thing my mentor taught me in 2016 about MLM is that.. “As they come they will also leave”.. Network Marketing works, choose one good company and be stable and build,” she added.

To provide an idea about financial impact and monetary value attached to this achievement- if my short stint in LongRich and little knowledge about its compensation structure serves me right, then any LongRich 4 Star Director at their peak could easily take home a cool R1 million per week depending on number of new PVs (Point Value) accumulated for that week.
The MLM Magazine rating body put Kgalalelo’s net worth in somewhere north of USD$3.8 million (about R58 million ) stemming heavily from LongRich earnings and other business interests like logistic among others.
